St. Charles' Parent Petroleum Buys Fuller's Gas Station in Geneva
Reports: St. Charles-based company pays $2 million for the property by way of a company called Angel Associates LP, according to the Kane County Chronicle.
Parent Petroleum, which already owned the Mobil gas station on East State Street has purchased another gas station down the road.
The Kane County Chronicle reports that the St. Charles based company paid $2 million for Fuller's Fast Stop, 1166 E State St.
Phone calls Friday to Parent Petroleum were not returned.

The Chronicle story says Angel Associates LP bought the property on Feb. 4, and that Angel Associates is affiliated with Parent Petroleum.
Angel Associates bought six BP statations in Kane County in 2010, the Chronicle reported.

In late 2011, Parent Petroleum changed the "Pride of Geneva" gas station at 206 E. State St. from a Citgo to a Mobil station.
