Tri-Cities Community Leader Is 'Determined To Make A Positive Impact'

GENEVA, IL — Without community leaders, Batavia, Geneva and St. Charles wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We'd miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Jaimie is making a huge impact locally for families impacted by disabilities. Her nonprofit, Rising Lights Project is growing rapidly because so many people are finding amazing programming and much-needed support for families.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Jaimie is the most amazing leader. She is compassionate and kind but also determined to make a positive impact on families touched by disability. She is a hero because she saw a need and decided to be a light to her community but rising up to meet this need. She’s brave and thoughtful and resourceful. A true community hero.
