$7K Earned For Park District Scholarship Fund At Sports Trivia Night

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Thousands of dollars were raised at the 2023 Glen Ellyn Sports Trivia Night, which was held Feb. 28. The funds will benefit the Glen Ellyn Park District Scholarship Fund.

In a news release, park district officials expressed their thanks to Katie and Greg Fischer, who chose the park district to benefit from the event, which was held at St. Petronille Church.

Over the past year, the Glen Ellyn Park District Scholarship Fund helped provide financial assistance of more than $42,000 to over 100 residents. The funds help support sports camps, swimming lessons and other recreation initiatives for students and adults alike.
