Ackerman Haunted Trail To Bring Thrills, Chills

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Ackerman Trail will transform into a spine-tingling path populated with spooky sounds, terrifying images and other bone-chilling experiences at the Ackerman Haunted Trail Oct. 26 and Oct. 27.

Participants with younger children can visit from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to experience a trail in which the terror is toned-down to make it less scary for the tiny goblins. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., nightfall will ramp up the horror along the trail's 10-minute walk.

Visitors can play seasonal games and refresh with food and beverages throughout the night.

The cost to attend is $5 per person if purchased ahead of the event. The cost goes up to $7 if you buy tickets at the door.
