Deadline Approaching for 2012-2013 Gym Use at Glen Ellyn Civic Center

The very popular Gym Lottery deadline for the 2012-2013 season is July 13. Several years ago, the demand for gym use at the Civic Center became so high that a lottery was put in place. To be considered for the lottery, please read the Room Use Rules & Regulations, and submit a 2012-2013 Room Use Agreement. This information is also available on the Village website under 'quick links'. 

Please have your agreement and participant roster, your first, second and third choices for days and times, and the required deposit and send to the Administration Department at 535 Duane St. The lottery is conducted immediately after the July 13 deadline and all winners will be notified by mail.
