Artists Sought For 2022 Glen Ellyn Festival Of the Arts
Set for Aug. 27 and 28, the 53rd Annual Glen Ellyn Festival Of the Arts will feature 70 artists vying for $1600 in cash prizes.
GLEN ELLYN, IL — The 53rd Annual Glen Ellyn Fine Arts Festival is still accepting applications for artists. Participants have a chance to win $1600 in cash prizes during the event, which is slated for Aug. 27 and 28 on the shores of Lake Ellyn
A total of 70 artists will be selected to exhibit five pieces at this juried fine arts festival. Featured work must be original art created by the artist who is exhibiting at the event. The following media are eligible for the Glen Ellyn Fine Arts Festival:
- Acrylic
- Ceramics
- Collage
- Drawing
- Furniture
- Glass
- Jewelry
- Mixed media
- Non-functional fiber
- Non-functional paper
- Oil
- Pastel
- Photography
- Printmaking
- Sculpture
- Watercolor
- Wearable fiber
- Wood
Other types of media will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The deadline to submit an application is May 20; selected artists will be notified by June 1. Booth fees must be paid by June 15.
