Back To School: Glen Ellyn 2021-22 School Calendar

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Glen Ellyn, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Glen Ellyn School District 41 and Community Consolidated School District 89.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point. A mix of in-person, virtual and hybrid learning is still possible in Glen Ellyn.

As of Aug. 3, District 41 will require students to wear face masks at the start of the school year. Masks will also be required for District 89 students and staff.

Like last year, these policies could change any time before the first day

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 22-26

Winter Break: Dec. 20-31

Spring Break: March 28-April 1

Last Day: May 27

Community Consolidated School District 89

First Day: Aug. 18

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 24-26

Winter Break: Dec. 20-31

Spring Break: March 28-April 1

Last Day: May 25
