Bubble Lights, DJ Music Planned For 2K Glow Run/Walk In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glow sticks, bubble lights and neon colors will illuminate Ackerman Park for the 2K Glow Run/Walk, a night run scheduled for April 23. Registration for the event closes April 16 and the race is open to all ages.

Pre-race festivities kick off at 7 p.m. and the first wave of running begins at 7:45 p.m. Throughout the family-friendly race, runners will encounter different color stations, along with bubbles lit by black lights. Runners are encouraged to wear neon colors or white clothes to help the glowing lights reflect more.
