Buona Beef To Open In Glen Ellyn
Buona Beef will join Andy's Frozen Custard in the former Enterprise Rent-A-Car location.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn residents who have been longing for the chance to sink their teeth into a delicious beef sandwich will get their wish granted once Buona Beef opens. The restaurant is set to open after crews tear down the old Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 395 Roosevelt Rd., Suburban Life reports.
The announcement came after officials approved the proposal at Monday's village meeting.
The Berwyn-based sandwich chain plans to open its Glen Ellyn location before the end of 2018, according to Suburban Life. It will join Andy's Frozen Custard as one of the newest restaurants to open at the former Enterprise Rent-A-Car address.

Suburban Life reports that Tim Hague of developers Keystone Venture Company said at the village meeting, "[Buona Beef is] very excited to be part of Glen Ellyn, and they are a very good business partner to the community. There's a lot of outreach. They are anxious to be part of the community."
Founded in 1981, Buona Beef has nearly two dozen stores throughout Chicagoland.
