Music, Mind, and Resilience is a free concert celebrating the genius and the inner struggles of five great composers: Schumann, Bartók, Beethoven, Brahms, and Ravel. Performed by virtuoso Yang Liu on violin and by Olivia Tsai on piano, this special afternoon program invites us to reflect on the relationship between mental illness and creative brilliance. Join us at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, at Mahon Hall, St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Glen Ellyn — sponsored by The Awakenings Project.
