Chicago Man Gets Ecstasy Possession Charges After Glendale Heights Investigation: Police
Glendale Heights police charged Maurice R. Truss, 27, of Chicago with possession of a controlled substance after finding ecstasy in a home.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Police have charged a Chicago man with possession of a controlled substance after a lengthy drug investigation led them to discover drugs, cash and other items in a Glendale Heights home. Maurice R. Truss, 27, of the 4000 block of Drexel Boulevard in Chicago, was arrested Wednesday morning when police reportedly found ecstasy, cash and tools used to package and sell narcotics at a residence at the 1300 block of Davine Drive.
Police issued a search warrant after investigators traced drug activity to the Davine Drive home. Truss was present as investigators searched the home and uncovered the aforementioned evidence, police said. Truss was taken into custody and transported to DuPage County Jail, where he is currently being held until he appears in bond court.
