Civic Betterment Party Seeks Candidates for Village, Library Boards
The candidates will stand for nomination at the town meeting on Dec. 6.

The Civic Betterment Party of Glen Ellyn is actively seeking candidates for Glen Ellyn Village Trustee and Glen Ellyn Library Trustee.
The candidates will stand for nomination at the Town Meeting on December 6, 2014 at the Civic Center, 535 Duane Street.

Candidates who are nominated at the Town Meeting will run in the Illinois municipal consolidated election in the Spring. There are three Village Trustee positions and four Library Trustee positions open in the Spring election, all positions are four year terms. Applications will be taken until October 26, 2014.

The Civic Betterment Party is a non-partisan volunteer organization founded to facilitate the nomination of candidates for Village elective offices. The party has no platform and does not support any specific policy objectives.
The objective of the Civic Betterment Party is to provide the means for citizens to run and serve the Village in elective office without having to raise funds or create a campaign organization.
The party is also exclusively funded through small donations and welcomes any and all contributions.
