Dutch Bros Coffee, Plan Commission To Discuss Pre-Application To Redevelop Danby's Station Site
The drive-thru coffee restaurant is eyeing a location on Roosevelt Road.
GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn's Plan Commission will discuss a pre-application Thursday for a Dutch Bros Coffee Shop that is looking to open at 750 Roosevelt Rd.
During the pre-application meeting, commission members will provide "informal feedback" to petitioner Adam Firsel of Core Ventures, LLC, regarding plans for the concept and potential redevelopment of the site, which is home to Danby's Station Cafe.
According to village documents, the building housing Danby's Station Cafe would be demolished if the Dutch Bros Coffee Shop proposal gets formal approval. Patch reached out to Danby's Station Cafe for comment Tuesday, but did not immediately receive a response.
