fire + wine Turns 2!

We can hardly believe it’s been 2 years already since we’ve opened…that’s awesome! May 9th, 2012 will always be a day for us to remember.

We started with a dream and a vision that became a reality. Somehow blessed with staff, partners and a support team that understood the culture we wanted to create and the experience we wanted to give to our customers. It takes many people that you see and many people that you don’t see behind the scenes to bring fire + wine to life each day…We thank them all for being part of our team and look forward to watching our people continue to grow.

The community of Glen Ellyn embraced us. We are fortunate and humbled by everyone’s continued words of praise and the friendships we have formed. We landed in the perfect town!

We are continually surprised at how far word has spread about us. From surrounding communities, all throughout the Chicagoland area, to as far away as Wisconsin and Indiana. The fire + wine “buzz” continues on …and that’s very cool! We are so thankful.

Our world continues to evolve, we started 2 years ago and now we are truly excited for the growth we see coming to downtown Glen Ellyn. Exciting new restaurants coming that will create a synergy we all want. Our downtown area has become a destination for dining and will continue to grow to the benefit of all! We’re grateful to have helped create this initial buzz in GE two years ago and we will continue to keep that buzz alive!

Thank you to our staff, families, friends & partners that have made this all possible… and of course to all our customers… we will continue to work hard for you every day and night to be the best we can be for many years to come!!
