GLEN ELLYN, IL — Firefighters from the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District battled a blaze that broke out in a home in unincorporated Glen Ellyn early Monday. Fire crews were called to the 25W500 block of Arbor Lane just after 5 a.m. for a report of a fire in a two-story home. They arrived at the scene to find smoke and flames showing from the back of the house and a large fire on the back porch. The fire had also spread to the home's attic, a news release said. No one was hurt in the blaze, which was contained within 15 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
