Glen Ellyn 2018 Holiday Walk, Tree Lighting Set For Nov. 23

GLEN ELLYN, IL --- Holiday magic will be in the air in downtown Glen Ellyn for the village's annual Holiday Walk and Tree Lighting. The event, which features a visit from a Nutcracker ballerina and Santa Claus, is the start of a variety of family-friendly activities to celebrate the season in Glen Ellyn.

Santa will greet the crowd around 6 p.m., just before the annual tree lighting at 6:30 p.m. Between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., kids can visit with Santa the downtown fire station and grownups can shop in the stores along Crescent Street and throughout town to admire the decorated shop windows and support small businesses.
