Glen Ellyn Announces Paperless Billing for Service Bills

Paperless billing will allow residents to make payments easier, save time and money, and help the Village go green.

Beginning today, Sept. 1, Glen Ellyn residents and businesses can enroll in paperless billing for their Village services bill. These customers will no longer receive a paper copy of their bill in the mail.

"We are excited to launch this new service," said Christina Coyle, Finance Director for the Village of Glen Ellyn. "This new option for customers allows them to make payments easier, save time and money and help the Village in their efforts to go green."

Those interested in enrolling can do so here. It's easy, secure, and takes only a few minutes to complete the email authorization form. To enroll, customers need a copy of their paper bill, an email address, and a computer with internet access. Applicants should note that authorization must be received before the 25th of each month. If the application is completed after the 25th, the next bill will be mailed and the following bill will start the paperless service.
