Glen Ellyn Festival Of Arts To Host Virtual, In-Person Offerings

The festival will feature virtual offerings, in addition to an in-person event slated for Aug. 22 and 23.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — The Glen Ellyn Festival of the Arts is combining a two-day in-person event with a month full of virtual offerings amid the ongoing new coronavirus pandemic.

The in-person event will feature more than 20 artists in the Crescent Avenue parking lot. The event is slated for Aug. 22 and 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

No more than 50 people at a time will be admitted to the event and signs will be placed to direct foot traffic in one direction, according to an update on the Downtown Glen Ellyn Facebook page.

Throughout the entire month of August, residents can check out the work of featured artists and buy artwork on the festival's virtual event page.
