See Work Of Dozens Of Artists For Free At Glen Ellyn Festival Of The Arts

The free festival is set for Aug. 28 and Aug. 29 at Lake Ellyn Park.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — As summer comes to a close, more than 45 artists will display their paintings, photography and other creations at the 52nd Annual Festival of the Arts at Lake Ellyn Park in Glen Ellyn. The free festival and juried show will be held Aug. 28 and Aug. 29.

Guests can enter the Festival of the Arts via an entrance on Lenox and Linden or another entrance on Hawthorn near Illinois Prairie Path. Parking will be available in the Metra lot, at the Civic Center or near Glenwood and Duane.

Food will be available for purchase at Cabernet & Co. Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, visitors can refuel with eats from a Boathouse Bar hosted by Marché. Adjacent to the Boathouse Bar, you'll find a gastropub offering up gelato, churros and Italian soda from Chocolaterie Stam.
