DUI, Drug Charges

Police arrested James Jarvis, 45, of 470 Fawell, in the 300 block of Taylor at 4:50 a.m. on Nov. 16 for DUI, speeding, improper lane usage and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.

Police arrested Heather J. Hartman, 37, of 2640 N. Avondale Ave. in Chicago, at Dorset and Main at 8:03 a.m. on Nov. 16 for domestic battery.

Unlawful Use of Weapon, Drug Charges

Police arrested Anthony A. Perkins, 20, of 222 Cimarron Road in Lombard, at 8:56 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Surrey and Briar for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana 30 grams and under.

DUI

Police arrested Luis Flores, of Elmhurst, at 11:18 p.m. on Nov. 20 at Roosevelt and Sunset for DUI, failure to signal and disobeying a traffic control sign.

DUI, Speeding

Police arrested Marissa A. Salinas, 23, of 216 N. Buell Ave. in Aurora, at 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 22 at Roosevelt and Surrey for DUI, DUI over. 08 and speeding.

Public Intoxication

Police arrested Chris Foley, 49, of 582 Lowden in Glen Ellyn, at 11:58 on Nov. 22 for public intoxication.

Robbery

Police responded to the 400 block of Fawell at 8:25 p.m. on Nov. 16 for a report of a robbery. Complainants reported being robbed by three black males while walking. The men allegedly stole a Samsung Galaxy S4, a 32GB HTC One and $20 in cash.

Theft

Police received a report of an Apple iPhone 6 stolen from a gym bag at the Ackerman Sports Complex, 800 St. Charles. The theft was reported between 8:30 and 9:15 p.m. on Nov. 16.

Suspicious Activity

Police received a report of a person leaning inside a vehicle in the 200 block of Taylor at 3:16 a.m. on Nov. 17. The subject fled from the area and nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.

Criminal Defacement

Police received a report of spray paint on a signal control box at Route 53 and Sheehan.

Theft

Police received a report from the Learning Express, 900 Roosevelt, of $8,413 worth of inventory missing from a storage room. The report was made at 10:47 a.m. on Nov. 20.

Criminal Damage to Property

Police received a report of a damaged rear window and a dent near the driver side wheel of a parked vehicle at the Spring Recreation Center, 185 Spring. The report was made between 10:30 and 11 a.m. on Nov. 21.
