Glen Ellyn Man Wins Fox Valley Marathon

Hundreds competed Sunday in the Fox Valley Marathon.

Andrew Dorgan, 29, of Glen Ellyn won the 26.2-mile race with a time of 2:50.22. Julie Ulery, 34, of Brentwood, Tenn., lead the women with a final time of 3:07.20.

Runners also competed in a half-marathon with John Collet, 48, of Verona, placing in first for the men with a time of 1:17.05. Tera Moody, 34, of Chicago, won the race for the women with a time of 1:17.20.

There was also a 20-mile race, which was lead by Patrick Dorgan, 34, of Wheaton. Sarah Mahaney, 33, of Montgomery, won the 20-mile race for the women.
