Glen Ellyn Residents Join Nationwide 'March For Our Lives'

Glen Ellyn will join thousands throughout the nation to march against gun violence.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn residents will take a stand against gun violence as part of the nationwide March for Our Lives Saturday. The Glen Ellyn march is one of many planned throughout the state and the nation to support victims of gun violence and demand comprehensive gun laws in the wake of the February 14 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

"[W]e here in Glen Ellyn want a different world for all people but especially our young people," local march organizers said on their event page. The rally will include live speeches from students at Glenbard West and South High Schools.
