The Glen Ellyn Virtual Job Fair is FREE and open all. The Chamber is excited to unite perspective employees to local businesses. “This opportunity as a virtual job fair is an easy and simple format to connect our businesses to new hires. Just click the zoom link and meet hiring managers from many businesses to introduce yourself and ask about the open positions, available hours and more,” explains Dawn Smith, Executive Director of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce. We had 33 businesses participate at our virtual job fair in October 2021. “An excellent event last year! We hired the candidate we met at the virtual job fair and couldn't be happier,” stated Christine Fenne, AlphaGraphics.

Seeing so many local businesses hurt by the employment shortage, and as a part of our continued efforts to support our members, The Glen Ellyn Virtual Job Fair concept via zoom sprang into action. “We know the pandemic has had a great impact on the hiring process, and companies are forced to utilize what may have been previously an unfamiliar method of recruitment,” said Smith. “We encourage job seekers to attend the virtual Job Fair on Tuesday, January 25, to learn more about new employment opportunities.”
