Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Company Seeking New Members

The Fire Company is seeking individuals who have a sense of commitment to our community and are up to the challenge of providing the residents of the Glen Ellyn Fire Protection District with a high level of service.

Eligibility includes:

• 21 years of age or older.
• Live within one mile of the Fire Protection District boundaries. (Contact the Fire Company if you are unsure)
• Able to pass a physical and background check, at Fire Company expense.
• Able to preform physically strenuous work.
• Willing to dedicate a substantial amount of time for training during the first 12-18 months while on probationary status.
• Dedicated to serving others as an uncompensated volunteer.
