Holiday Carols, Crafts At Library's Winter Wonderland

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Kids usually have a lot of pent-up energy once winter break begins and the holiday season draws near. The Glen Ellyn Public Library has a solution for this: Winter Wonderland. The event, which takes place Dec. 19, 20, and 21, includes seasonal songs and stories, in addition to a craft project.

The Winter Wonderland festivities are designed for kids ages 2 to 6 years old. The kids will make their own snowman from various arts and crafts items and can take it home to display for the holidays.

The event also includes singalong holiday songs and themed stories, including a reading of "Snowmen At Night" by Carolyn Buehner.
