Fit For Duty Rx

Fit For Duty Rx is a telehealth and wellness membership built for people who are tired of waiting rooms, copays, and taking time off work just to see a doctor. One membership covers it all: unlimited online visits with licensed providers, no charge per visit, 24/7 urgent care, primary care, and behavioral health support. Medications on our formulary are free when prescribed, and every membership includes a prescription discount card for everything else. Beyond everyday care, we offer physician-supervised wellness programs including medical weight loss with GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, peptides, men's and women's health, and more. Confidential intake from home, shipped discreetly to your door. It's not insurance, and it's not meant to replace it. Keep your insurance for specialists and emergencies. Use Fit For Duty Rx for everything in between, and stop paying out of pocket for routine care. Founded right here in the western suburbs by a 22-year EMS veteran who watched too many people put off care they needed. Built By First Responders. For Those Who Never Stop. Plans start at $29/month.
