House Of Koukla Hopes To Relocate To Duane Street In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — The Glen Ellyn Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on March 26 for House of Koukla, which is seeking a special use permit to relocate to 503 Duane St.

The location was formerly home to The Pilates Experience. Currently, House of Koukla is located at 577 Pennsylvania Ave.

The space on Duane Street is currently zoned as a C5A Central Retail Core Subdistrict and requires the special use permit for a salon.

According to plan commission documents, House of Koukla plans to use the space for an appointment-based salon that offers hair and beauty services and a "retail studio."

The public hearing is scheduled for March 26 at 7 p.m. at Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane St.
