ICNA Relief Collecting School Supplies for Local Needy Children

Did you know that 1 in 5 kids in the US lives in poverty? That means buying a backpack and school supplies will be low on the priority list for these families. This is where you come in! You can make a HUGE impact in the lives of needy children simply by donating backpacks and school supplies to help these struggling families send their children off to school with preparedness and confidence to learn and succeed. How will these children lead our future if they can’t even focus on learning with a lack of necessary tools?
ICNA Relief has been collecting and distributing backpacks filled with supplies for 10 years. That’s right, since 2009, we have collaborated with community members, organizations, local officials, and businesses to help our most vulnerable community members get a fair shot at learning and succeeding with their peers. Join us as we commemorate our 10th year of service with our #OneNationOneGoal of helping every child, no matter their race, religion, ethnicity, or other differentiating factors, go to school with confidence and supplies for success. These young students will soon be the leaders of our great nation. Let’s equip them today, so they can lead tomorrow.
