Learn How Curling Works At Free Class In Glen Ellyn
If you've always wanted to unlock the mystery of what curling is and how it's played, this free class is for you.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — So, what is curling anyway? The ice sport remains a mystery to many people in theory and it baffles even more people in practice. Finally, you can unlock the mystery of curling at a free session at Glen Ellyn's Newton Park on February 17 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
During Intro To Curling, the Windy City Curling Club will teach participants the rules of curling and the finer art of how to sweep the ice to deftly manipulate a heavy stone across its surface.
The Intro To Curling class is totally free to participate and ice skates are not required. Registration is open to groups of up to eight people. The age minimum is eight years old, so feel free to register your family for a day of winter adventure.
