Lilly Pulitzer Store Coming to Oakbrook Center This Summer

Summer in the suburbs about to get a lot more Lilly.

Lilly Pulitzer is planning to open a new location in July in Oakbrook Center, the Chicago Tribune reports, bringing more of the brand’s signature bright colors and whimsical prints to the Chicago area.

“Every Lilly store is full of personal touches,” the Lilly Pulitzer website states. “From 3D oranges reminiscent of Peter Pulitzer’s orange groves to sea shells applied on the walls, each store should make you feel the sun on your shoulders.”

There are currently two stores within 20 miles of the city that sell Lilly Pulitzer items. Von Maur in Lombard is a Lilly Pulitzer department store, and Country Classics in Glenview is a Lilly Pulitzer specialty store, according to the Lilly Pulitzer website.
