This weekend, New Philharmonic, conducted by Maestro Kurk Muspratt, takes audiences on musical trip down cinematic memory lane with “A Night at the Movies” 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 and 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20.
New Philharmonic’s “A Night at the Movies” opens with a medley tribute to composer John Williams and also features music from a dozen popular acclaimed films spanning more than six decades of film-score favorites including “Gone with the Wind,” “To Kill a Mockingbird,” “The Pink Panther,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Jurassic Park,” “Spider-Man” and more.
New Philharmonic: “A Night at the Movies” comes to the McAninch Arts Center located at 425 Fawell Blvd. on the campus of College of DuPage 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 and 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20.
