Man With 'Pants Completely Down' Spotted On Prairie Path: Cops

Police say a man exposed himself on Prairie Path in Glen Ellyn on Nov. 2.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn police are looking for a man who was allegedly seen with his pants down on Prairie Path. The incident was reported a resident who saw the exposed man on the path on Nov. 2.

According to police, the victim said the man was standing on Prairie Path with "his pants completely down." The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, standing approximately 5'10" tall. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, but no further description was provided.

In the past two years, Prairie Path has been the scene of multiple reported incidences of public indecency and groping. In June 2016, a man allegedly exposed himself on Prairie Path. That August, another man reportedly groped a female in an unrelated incident.

In early 2017, a Winfield man who worked as a gymnastics coach confessed to a September 2016 attack on a woman on Prairie Path and a separate grabbing incident on the path in April the following year.
