Man With Pants Down Seen On Prairie Path In Glen Ellyn: Cops

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Police have received a second report of public indecency on Prairie Path in Glen Ellyn in less than a month. The first incident took place on June 3 and the second on June 27, according to a police summary.

On June 27, someone called police after seeing a man "with his pants down around his knees" at approximately 10 a.m. The suspect was described as a black male with an average build, standing around 5'6" tall with short hair. He was last seen wearing Under Armor boxer shorts and dark blue jeans.

A few weeks prior to that, police say a male was seen masturbating on Prairie Path in Glen Ellyn near the 200 block of Duane. This incident was reported at approximately 8:13 p.m. The man was described as a black male in blue jeans, but no further description was available.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed either incident to contact the Glen Ellyn Police Department at 630-469-1187.
