A look at recent Glen Ellyn Police Department reports:
- Daniel Wrzesniak, 38, was arrested for for public intoxication at the train depot, 555 Crescent, at 4:38 p.m. on Feb. 14. Wrzesniak lives at PADs, 703 W. Liberty in Wheaton.
- David D. Morgan, 25, of Chicago, was arrested in the 600 block of Turner for unlawful solicitation at 6:17 p.m. on Feb. 19.
- Nicholas S. Gilberto, 28, of 6N268 Old Farm Lane in St. Charles, was arrested at Roosevelt and Main at 10:34 p.m. on Feb. 19 for possession of drug paraphernalia, operating vehicle when registration suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and in-state warrant.
- Ashtone J. Marshall-Kemp, 20, of 1032 Eastern Ave. in Bellwood, was arrested at Roosevelt and Hillcrest at 3:44 a.m. on Feb. 20 for speeding, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of alcohol by person under 21 and interference with police. Jermar Steele, 22, of 8 N. Fifth Ave. in Maywood, was also taken into custody for possession of marijuana 30 grams and under.
- Glen Ellyn Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Budgetel Inn, 675 Roosevelt, that occurred at 11 p.m. on Feb. 16. A complainant reported that a black male entered his hotel room and pointed a gun in his direction. Taken from the room was an iPhone 6 plus, car keys, pants and about $200 in cash.
