Memorial Day Ceremony Set For Lake Ellen Park In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn residents can honor fallen war heroes at the village's annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Lake Ellen Park. The ceremony, entitled "A Salute to Our Heroes" will take place Monday, May 28, at 11 a.m.

The Glenbard South marching band will be on hand to perform, along with the Glenbard West Chorale. Remarks will be made by Mike Formento, who is the event's special guest speaker.

"A Salute to Our Heroes" is sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion.
