Drinking Alcohol in Park; Aggravated Battery: Police Blotter

Recent Glen Ellyn Police Department arrest reports:

• Police arrested Jeremy T. Barnes, 19, of 1980 Lancaster in Wheaton, at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 11 at 535 Duane. He is charged with possession of possession of marijuana 30 grams and under from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24, 2014.
• Police arrested Marcus L. Tyler, 19, of Plainfield, at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 11 at 535 Duane. He is charged with aggravated robbery from an incident that occurred on June 15.
• Police arrested Michael J. Maciulis, 44, of PADS, 703 W. Liberty in Wheaton, at 1:59 p.m. on Aug. 9 at Panfish Park. They also took into custody William J. Buell, 33, also of PADS. Both were charged with consumption of alcohol in a park.
• Police arrested Bradly J. Earls, 54, of PADS, 703 W. Liberty in Wheaton, at Prairie Path Park at 7:33 p.m. on Aug. 9. He is charged with public intoxication. Police also took into custody Edward P. Schmeier, also of PADS, for public intoxication.
• Police arrested three on drug charges at the Budgetel Inn, 675 Roosevelt, at 1:58 p.m. on Aug. 10. Police took into custody, Lakeith Caldwell, 21, Torey J. Fobbs, 21, and Michael S. Block, 34, all of 677 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. They are all charged with possession of marijuana 30 grams and under.
• Police arrested Alexander J. Nesteruk, 25, of 1486 Stonebridge Circle in Wheaton, at 7:28 p.m. on Aug. 10 in the 300 block of Roosevelt. He is charged with pedestrian leaving a place of safety.
• Police arrested Brittni A. Dukes, 26, of 632 Willow Wood in Wheaton, at Bloomingdale and Trails End at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 11. She is charged with DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
