Outreach House Receives $115K Grant From Endeavor Health
The grant will help the Lombard nonprofit improve its marketing and infrastructure.
LOMBARD, IL — The Outreach House was the recently named the recipient of a grant for over $115,000 from Endeavor Health to help fund its infrastructure and marketing. The grant, part of Endeavor Health's Community Investment Fund, is one of nine to be awarded to area organizations to assist with providing support for health care, nutrition, housing and other needs.
The grant funds will help Outreach House buy an additional cargo van to collect and distribute food donations.
“Endeavor Health is here every day to support the health and well-being of our patients and their families,” Kristen Murtos, Endeavor Health's Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer, said in a statement.

Murtos added, “Through our Community Investment Fund, we’re collaborating with local organizations that people know and trust — helping them remove barriers to care, meet immediate needs and create long-term solutions that help individuals and families thrive.”
Outreach House Executive Director Catherine Lynott said, "Endeavor Health is a wonderful partner to so many nonprofits in our community. We are so grateful to be selected for this generous grant which will support our vision of assisting local individuals and families as we continue to respond to the needs of those we serve with compassion and dignity.”
