Police: Armed Robber Holds Up PNC Bank in Naperville
The armed robbery occurred at PNC Bank in Naperville around 3 p.m. Friday, according to media reports. FBI talking to person of interest.
The FBI is investigating a bank robbery reported in Naperville Friday afternoon, according to the Daily Herald.
The robbery occurred at the PNC Bank, 9 E. Ogden Ave. in Naperville, around 3 p.m. when a man entered the bank, demanded cash and then fled from the bank, according to the Daily Herald.
The Chicago Tribune reports authorities arrested a person a short time after the robbery. That person was being questioned and chargers were pending, according to the article.

The FBI is also investigating a bank robbery that occurred at a bank in Glen Ellyn on Thursday. According to an FBI news release, two male robbers entered the Chase Bank branch at 151 Butterfield Road in unincorporated Glen Ellyn.
The two bank robberies are not believed to be related, FBI spokeswoman, Special Agent Joan Hyde said.

The pair hopped over the teller counter to gain access to teller drawers. Both of the robbers were described as male blacks, 5’9” to 5’10”, wearing dark hooded jackets
