UPDATE: Woman Who Went Missing Near Glen Ellyn Has Been Found

GLEN ELLYN, IL - A 22-year-old woman who was reported missing Tuesday morning has been found, police said Tuesday afternoon.

The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office sent an alert to media this morning, asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kenisha Jones. Jones left the area of Route 53 and Butterfield Road in unincorporated Glen Ellyn at about 9 a.m. She was on foot when she was last seen heading north on Route 53 just south of Butterfield, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

Shortly after 1 p.m., the sheriff's office alerted the media that Jones had been found. Police did not provide anymore details.
