Police Blotter: $1,000 Stolen from Concession Stand; Man Arrested for Sex Assault

The Glen Ellyn Police Department made the following arrests and responded to the following reports between July 27 and Aug. 3:
Daniel J. Parks, 22, of 165 Hyatt Drive in Wheaton, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Aug. 2 at Roosevelt and Baker Hill for DUI/DUI over .08, improper lane usage, possession of marijuana 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph G. McHale, 27, of 1315 Gamon Road in Wheaton, was arrested in the 0 to 100 block of Briar at 3:10 p.m. on Aug. 2 for criminal sexual assault and aggravated domestic battery.

Police received a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Montclair at some point between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m. on July 27. An unknown offender stole about $20 from an unlocked vehicle.
Police received a report that an unknown offender stole a moving box from a vehicle in the 0 to 100 block of Briar at 4 p.m. on July 27.

Unknown offender(s) stole some unattended bags from Rodeway Inn, 677 Roosevelt, at some point between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. on July 27.
Unknown offender(s) entered a unlocked garage and stole two skateboards valued at $275 each as well as $300 in cash at some point between 10 p.m. on July 28 and 7 a.m. on July 29.
Police received a report that unknown offender(s) damaged a deck in the 300 block of Taylor between 10 a.m. on July 30 and 9 a.m. on July 31.
Police received a report that unknown offender(s) stole about $1,000 in cash from a concession stand at 130 Lambert between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 2.
