Police Blotter: DUI, Drug Arrests; Chevy Cobalt Stolen from Parking Lot

Here is a look at recent arrests made by the Glen Ellyn Police Department:

• Police arrested Dorothy A. Anaya, 23, of 11505 W. Grand in Northlake, in the 300 block of Marston at 1:54 p.m. on Jan. 4 for domestic battery.
• Police arrested Pauline L. Grochowski, 62, of 1671 Chelmsford Court in Bartlett, at Roosevelt and Lambert for DUI, DUI over .08, operating uninsured motor vehicle and violation of the minimum speed regulation.
• Police arrested Carly A. Baxa, 19, of 1035 Stockton Court in Aurora, at 12:59 a.m. on Jan. 11 at Roosevelt and Briar for possession of marijuana 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Police responded to the 500 block of Raintree between 7 and 11 p.m. on Jan. 5 for a report of an unknown offender(s) damaging a mailbox.
• Police responded to the 0 to 100 block of Briar between 7 and 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 7 for a report of an unknown offender(s) stealing a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from a parking lot.
