  • Glen Ellyn police arrested Louis A. Margaglione, 45, of 419 S. Knollwood Drive in Wheaton, in the 400 block of Roosevelt at 10:38 p.m. on Oct. 10 for speeding and DUI.
  • Police received a report of criminal damage to property at Lake/Crescent at 10:32 a.m. on Oct. 6. Unknown offender(s) spray-painted graffiti on a roadway sign.
  • Police received a report of a criminal damage to a vehicle in the 800 block of Revere between 9 p.m. on Oct. 5 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 6. Unknown offender(s) punctured two car tires.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) entering two unlocked cars in the 400 block of Carleton between 11 p.m. on Oct. 8 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 9. An empty purse valued at $20 was reported missing from the vehicle.
  • Police received a report of unknown offenders shattering a rear passenger window of a parked vehicle in the 0 to 100 block of Briar sometime between 4:30 and 8 p.m. on Oct. 9.
  • Police received a report of unknown offender(s) entering a backyard and throwing a potted tree and poolside chair into the pool in the 200 block of Hillside between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Oct. 7.
