Police: Residents Arrested for Driving Offenses

Persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Glen Ellyn Police Department cited the following residents for driving offenses in recent days:

  • Charles T. Tigue, 20, of 390 Spruce Lane in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Jan. 29 in the 700 block of Roosevelt for no valid driver's license, disobeying traffic control device, operating uninsured motor vehicle and driving without lights when required. 
  • Adam M. Schweihs, 28, of 211 N. President in Wheaton, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on Jan. 29 at Lambert and Greenfield for Driving While License Suspended, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, No Front Registration Plate and No Rear Registration Plate Light. 
  • Roque Ochoa, 22, of 1135 Surrey in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at Roosevelt and Briar at 11:11 a.m. on Jan. 31 for No Valid Driver’s License and Operating Motor Vehicle when Registration Suspended.
