Preschool Director Climbs Into Storm Drain To Save Ducklings In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — A local preschool director recently did her part to help youngsters of a different species that needed a hand in Glen Ellyn. Westminster Preschool recently shared a video showing Director Lisa Plassman climbing into a storm drain to save a dozen ducklings.

In the adorable footage of the duckling rescue you can see the mother duck alert Plassman and other staff members that her ducklings were missing.

Plassman then climbs down into the storm drain and puts the ducklings into the bucket.

The ducklings were then reunited with their mother, and the school shared a photo of the whole duckling family, reunited.
