Resident Wakes Up To Find Strange Woman In Home Looking for Wine
Looking for wine in all the wrong places.

A resident called police to report that a strange woman had been walking around inside her home, police said. Officers responded to a suspicious person in the 600 block of Bryan Street in Elmhurst around 10 a.m. Oct. 22.
According to the report, the resident said two days prior at 10 a.m., she heard a noise and walked out of her bedroom, where she found a woman walking around her residence. The woman said she was looking for wine.

When the resident asked if she wanted to drink wine, the woman said she did not, she was only looking for it. The woman left 15 minutes later, police said. The resident said she checked her home but did not find anything missing at that time. Police asked her if the woman had searched through drawers or cabinets in her residence, and the resident replied she had not.
The woman is described as white, between 5-feet-2 and 5-feet-5-inches tall, about 140 pounds and of medium build.
