RISE to Open Cycle Studio in Downtown Glen Ellyn
RISE Cycle will open in the next week.

Calling all cyclists: You may want to check out the newest fitness offering in downtown Glen Ellyn when it opens in the next week.
RISE Fitness Studio, which currently offers a variety of classes at its fitness facility at 499C Pennsylvania Avenue, will soon be opening a cycling studio a few doors down. The new studio at 505 Pennsylvania Ave. will offer cycling classes and will also sell cycling shoes and gear.

The studio will officially open for classes on Oct. 26. RISE Cycle will host an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 23. and there will be grand opening classes offered on Oct. 24 and 25 for $10. You can sign up for a spot in one of the first classes online.

Once the studio officially opens, cycling classes will be offered early in the morning, during the day and in the evenings; two types of classes are currently planned -- an intense one-hour session designed for the serious cyclist and a 45-minute ride followed by 15-minutes of strength training for those interested in combining cardio with weights work all within one hour
RISE has been serving the Glen Ellyn community for more than two years with group fitness classes first taught out of Sunshine Dance Studio’s space for 10 months, followed by the opening of the dedicated RISE Fitness Studio in May 2014.
