Santa, Live Reindeer Make Stop At Glen Ellyn Firehouse

GLEN ELLYN, IL --- Santa Claus will make a stop in Glen Ellyn on his way from the North Pole and he's bringing some of his live reindeer. Kids can meet Santa at a special Stories with Santa event at the downtown Glen Ellyn fire station on Saturday, Dec. 8.

The festivities kick off at 11:30 a.m. with a kid-friendly buffet brunch set to a background of classic holiday films at Northside Bar and Grill, which is right across the street from the firehouse. Kids can dine until 2 p.m., when the Stories with Santa event officially starts.

Santa and his reindeer will be on hand at the firehouse from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to meet and greet kids and pose for photos. Live entertainment will be provided by staff from Glen Ellyn Public Library, who will be on hand to sing carols and tell stories that embrace the spirit of the holidays.
