Sounds On The Street To Feature Semple Band In Downtown Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Main Street in Glen Ellyn will be filled with live music and dancing when SEMPLE Band performs at Sounds on the Street on Oct. 28.

Spectators can set up a chair near Duane Street on Main Street after 5 p.m. to snag the best spot to enjoy the concert. Six local restaurants will offer food and refreshments to go as of 7 p.m., which is when the show officially kicks off.

SEMPLE Band got its start in the Chicago area and has played both locally and internationally for more than a decade. Its lead singer, Keith Semple, was a top 20 finalist on The Voice in 2015.

No outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises. Sounds on the Street is a free, all-ages event.

White added, "We have six restaurants that will benefit directly from your purchase of food and drink, as no outside alcohol is permitted. So come on out, Friday at 7pm and let’s experience the best Downtown Glen Ellyn has to offer!"
