Stabbing at Glenbard West Grad Party Leaves Teen Dead, His Girlfriend Injured
A man is in custody following the attack, according to media reports.

A 19-year-old Aurora man was stabbed to death and his girlfriend remains hospitalized after a fight broke out at a large high school graduation party Saturday night near Glen Ellyn, friends of the victim told ABC 7 Chicago.
The victims names are not being released at this time.
Meanwhile, police have one man in custody in connection to the stabbing, CLTV is reporting. The suspect is a recent graduate of Glenbard West.

The party Saturday was for recent graduates of Glenbard West but friends of the victim said he was not a recent graduate of the high school, according to ABC 7 Chicago. There were at least 60 people at the backyard celebration.
DuPage County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 2N300 block of Prairie Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. for a report of a fight, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

Police believe the incident was isolated and there is no threat to the community.
