Summer Concerts, Cruise Nights Kick Off June 18 In Lombard

LOMBARD, IL — Live music and classic cars will liven up the streets of downtown Lombard when the village's Cruise Nights and Summer Concerts kick off June 18. The family-friendly event will take place on Saturday nights at the intersection of South Park Avenue and St. Charles Road through Aug. 27.

Here's a look at the music lineup for the Summer Concert Series:

• June 18: Lake Effect plays classic rock, swing and rhythm and blues
• June 25: StingRays play rock and roll oldies from the '50s, '60s and '70s
• July 2: No event due to Fourth of July weekend
• July 9: SunFallen plays classic and modern country and rock music
• July 16: Blooze Brothers play Motown, rhythm and blues and soul tunes
• July 23: Rocks Off plays Rolling Stones tribute music
• July 30: Generation Rocks plays classic rock and soul tunes
• Aug. 6: Student Body plays party tunes from the '80s, '90s and today
• Aug. 13: Centerfold plays rock and roll music from the '70s and '80s
• Aug. 20: Kaleidoscope Eyes plays acoustic Beatles tribute tunes
• Aug. 27: 7th Heaven plays
